I’m Brittany.
I have always been fascinated by the stories spaces can tell. As a child growing up in Los Angeles, I spent summers in day camp hopping from theme parks to waterparks, soaking in environments designed to delight, surprise, and transport guests into another world. That early fascination evolved into a lifelong pursuit: understanding how design, craft, and history can combine to create meaningful experiences.
My academic and professional path has been wide-ranging but deeply connected: a BA in Cultural Anthropology taught me to see the significance of tradition, symbolism, and community; an AA in Interior Design honed my technical skills in space planning, material selection, and documentation; and a graduate degree in Historic Preservation deepened my understanding of building techniques, material durability, and the delicate balance between restoration and innovation.
Along the way, I’ve developed hands-on skills in sculpting, moldmaking, ceramics, woodworking, garment construction, and fabrication—tools that allow me to bring concept to reality in both small-scale craft and full-scale environments. Whether I’m restoring historic windows, designing immersive installations, or crafting a miniature scene for a workshop, I am motivated by curiosity, experimentation, and the desire to create spaces that tell a story.
I approach every project as an opportunity to connect narrative, functionality, and aesthetics, striving to design environments that are not only beautiful and functional but also meaningful, memorable, and engaging for all who experience them.

When I’m not designing, you’ll likely find me hiking to hidden waterfalls or paddleboarding on a quiet lake, painting watercolors in situ using the very water I’m floating on. These experiences fuel my creativity, grounding my work in observation, texture, and the small details that make a space—or a moment—memorable.
